The Kevin Wrobel Memorial Tournament was held at the Miller Park Arena in West Lorne, ON on January 15-17, 2016. The tournament was host to thirteen Atom Rep/AE and Peewee Rep/AE teams from the surrounding area and was a great event to bring the West Lorne community together. The tournament is dedicated to Kevin Wrobel, a husband, father, hockey player and coach, who passed away in 2013 and through the Trillium Foundation, gave a better quality of life to 85 people with his generous organ donation. The tournament was a memorial, a community event, and a chance to bring awareness to the importance of organ donation. Kevin’s family are proud members of the community and along with Karen Booth, helped make the Kevin Wrobel Memorial Tournament a huge success. Our #1 image from the tournament is dedicated to the Wrobel family.
